Significantly improves cold air induction into the engine and vastly improves power and sports car sound throughout the rev range. Constructed with genuine carbon fiber for strength, durability, and maximum flow and performance. Used by professional Grand Am, KONI Race Teams, but also works great on the street.

SOUND:

OEM airboxes are designed to muffle the induction sound of the engine to quiet the interior. Unleash the sports car induction growl of your flat 6 with this intake.

POWER:

OEM airboxes are compromised by their need to muffle induction sound which is why our Competition Intake is able to improve power by 24 whp and 19 ft-lbs.

FEATURES:

Fits all Porsche 996 Carrera vehicles from 2000-2004 (Specify Transmission and Trim Level above). The Tiptronic Transmission and X51 Models include an additional breather filter and hose for the factory PCV connection.
Improves horsepower and torque by 24 whp and 19 ft-lbs
Uses dry-style filters that do not require oiling; simply wash down with warm water and re-use
Dry style air filter will not fowl MAF sensor
Intake constructed from genuine carbon fiber
CAD designed for maximum air flow
Direct bolt-on replacement for the factory air box
